Central control & maximum safety

No more re-entering the hazardous area.

The decisive advantage of the system: every device can be configured, started and stopped from outside the hazardous area - individually or simultaneously across the entire fleet. This substantially raises occupational safety and the efficiency of measurement campaigns.

  • Full remote configuration of every device parameter from a safe distance
  • Start and stop entire device fleets simultaneously via app
  • Scalable fleet management from single units to large networks
  • Redundant local control directly on the device via 5″ touchscreen
  • No need to re-enter the hazardous area after device placement

Smart alarm system

Reliable alerts when it matters.

Each device can trigger alerts individually by SMS, email, or voice call – separately or in combination.

Filter pressure low

Alerts when pressure drops below the set minimum.

Filter pressure high

Alerts when pressure exceeds the set maximum.

Tamper & motion

Warns when a device is moved or tampered with.

Battery below 10 %

Early warning when the battery runs low.

Operating modes

The right mode for every measurement.

Weekly scheduler

Measurements start automatically on defined weekdays and at defined times.

Total volume mode

The measurement ends automatically once the configured total volume has been reached.

Total runtime mode

The measurement ends automatically after the defined runtime.

External air & particle disturbance

Capture the particles others miss.

An optional 24 V system fan disturbs settled particles and improves the informative value of the sampling.

  • External 24 V system fan via integrated connector
  • Optionally switchable per measurement, even afterwards
  • Disturbance of sedimented particles
  • Improved sampling in contaminated areas
  • No fixed integration into the device required
Field use & connectivity

Built for field use – independent of location.

LTE-M, 2G, and Wi-Fi provide connectivity. Measurement data is stored locally and additionally synchronized to the cloud.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What flow-rate range does the airsampler cover?

The airsampler regulates the flow rate continuously from 0.1 to 10 L/min — suitable for a wide range of sampling methods with a single device.

Can the airsampler be operated remotely?

Yes. Sampling runs can be started, stopped and configured entirely through the decoNXT web platform or app — without re-entering the hazard area. On site, it can also be operated directly on the 5″ touchscreen.

How long does the airsampler run on battery?

With its integrated 20 Ah LiFePO4 battery, the airsampler reaches up to 45 hours of runtime for long, mains-independent deployments. It charges via the 230 V mains connection.

Does the airsampler work without a network connection?

Yes. Measurement data is logged locally to an SD card and the airsampler can be operated fully on site. Once a connection via NB-IoT, LTE-M or WLAN is available again, it syncs to the decoNXT cloud.

Which operating modes does the airsampler offer?

Weekly scheduler, total-volume mode and total-runtime mode: sampling ends automatically once the configured volume or runtime is reached, or starts at scheduled times.

Who manufactures the airsampler?

The airsampler is built by deconta GmbH in Germany (Made in Germany). decoNXT is deconta GmbH's IoT platform, used to connect, monitor and configure the device.
